Pilling and bobbling, which occurs when surface fibers tangle, is a natural process and not a quality issue. We conduct regular tests to minimize this occurrence. Wash garments inside out whenever feasible. Shield garments from harmful chemicals like bleach and perfume. Refrain from high-temperature ironing; if necessary, iron inside out on low heat.
